A 90-minute guided journaling workshop
FEATURED ON
Not the rushed reset of January, but a more natural moment to pause, reflect, and realign.
In the last three months, a lot has unfolded, even if you haven’t recognized it just yet.
Plans may have shifted. Energy may have changed.
And some intentions may still be there, quietly taking shape, not yet fully materialized.
Spring is an opportunity to check in:
What feels aligned right now?
What wants to be adjusted or let go of?
What do I want to move forward with?
This workshop is your space to meet that moment consciously: to reflect on the first quarter of the year and step into the next season with clarity and intention.
✍🏽 A Spring Ritual for reflection and recalibration
This 90-minute live workshop is your moment to pause, review, and realign after the first quarter of 2026.
Together, we’ll explore guided journaling techniques along visualization exercises designed to help you:
This is the same system I use in my offline workshops and private sessions — designed to help you recalibrate without pressure, and move forward with grounded intention.
Your ticket includes a full experience to help you reflect deeply and carry the insights forward
A guided online journaling session where you’ll learn journaling techniques to reflect on Q1 and realign for the months ahead. We’ll combine writing, reflection, and visualization to help you reconnect with yourself and your path.
After the session, you’ll receive a beautifully designed PDF with the journaling exercises we explored.
You can revisit the techniques, deepen your reflections, and return to the practice anytime you need clarity or a reset.
After the session, you’ll receive access to the full recording of the workshop.
You can revisit the guidance, journal at your own pace, pause for deeper reflection, and return to the practice anytime you need clarity or a reset.
I’m a certified journaling facilitator and I’ll be your guide in this journaling session
For over a decade I’ve explored how writing can become a reliable compass for self-understanding and growth — not just something “nice to do,” but a practice that changes how we think, feel, and choose.
My work has been featured by Mindvalley and Revista Sábado, and I’ve taught journaling in circles, workshops, and online programs for people across many countries. On YouTube and in my community, I share practical tools that help anyone build a meaningful, sustainable journaling practice.
At the heart of my work is one question: How do we build a steady relationship with ourselves in a world that keeps pulling us away?
After years of teaching and studying therapeutic writing, I discovered something simple but powerful: the magic of journaling lives in the right container — just enough structure to feel safe + just enough freedom to let truth emerge.
I’ve also learned that journaling doesn’t always have to be a solitary practice. In a world that feels increasingly disconnected, coming together to reflect, write, and be gently witnessed creates a kind of magic that’s unaccessible alone.
If you’re ready to meet yourself on the page, with guidance, community, and techniques that works, you’re in the right place!
Join me live on Saturday, March 28th at 3 pm Lisbon time, for a moment of reflection
* This is a women-only space, created to feel safe, intimate, and supportive. Learn more in the FAQs below.
The workshop will be at 3:00 pm Lisbon time.
Our community is international, and this time has proven to be the most accessible for participants across different time zones.
To fully participate in this online workshop, you’ll need a journal (digital or paper), a pen/pencil, and a willingness to explore your inner world through writing. That’s all!
This is the first time I’m offering a women-only workshop online.
The intention is to create an intimate, small, and safe space where like-minded women can open up, reflect, and share more freely. In my experience, these kinds of containers allow for a deeper level of honesty, connection, and self-exploration.
While sharing is never mandatory in a journaling session, it is gently encouraged. Part of the intention of a journaling session is not only to connect inward, but also to connect with one another — and meet women who value reflection, growth, and meaningful conversations.
That’s perfectly fine! While many enjoy the tactile experience of writing by hand, you’re welcome to use a digital device if it suits you better. The key is finding what makes your journaling practice most comfortable and effective.
All purchases are non-refundable. If you’re unable to join us live, don’t worry: you’ll receive lifetime access to the call recording and the full PDF template so you can do the workshop in your own time.
