I’m a journaling facilitator and certified Journal to the Self® instructor on a mission to make journaling a widely recognized practice for well-being. What started as my way of making sense of my personal experiences, has evolved into the work I do today.

In a world shaped by constant stimulation, distraction, and noise, it feels more important than ever to create moments to slow down and sit with ourselves, reflect, and open a dialogue with our inner voice.

While free writing can be a meaningful starting point (Morning Pages, anyone?), journaling goes far beyond emptying your mind onto the page.

There is a rich body of techniques and decades of research in therapeutic and expressive writing that show how journal writing can support clarity, emotional processing, and self-understanding.

I believe that each journaling practice is as unique as the person holding the pen, and my approach reflects that. It evolves with you over time, shaping the person you’re becoming and inevitably radiating into every other area of your life.

These sessions are not therapy, however, it is common to experience therapeutic outcomes from journaling.

These sessions are guided journaling experiences that help you reflect, process, and gain clarity through writing — in a structured and supportive way.

Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes.

That’s perfectly fine! While many enjoy the tactile experience of writing by hand, you’re welcome to use a digital device if it suits you better. The key is finding what makes your journaling practice most comfortable and effective.

Sessions are held online, so you can join from wherever you are.

We’ll find a time that works for both of us. If you need to reschedule, just let me know in advance and we’ll adjust.

Yes. For Journaling Foundations and Personalized Sessions, the 6-week programs can be paid in two installments. Mentorship sessions are paid individually, per session. If this investment still feels out of reach but your commitment is genuine, you’re welcome to reach out and we can explore options together.

Yes. If after our first session you feel that this isn’t the right fit, you won’t be charged for the remaining sessions, and any unused portion of the program will be refunded.
