Hello, I'm Ana Juma

I’m a journaling facilitator and certified Journal to the Self® instructor on a mission to make journaling a widely recognized practice for well-being.

In a world shaped by constant stimulation, distraction, and noise, it feels more important than ever to create moments to slow down and sit with ourselves, reflect, and open a dialogue with our inner voice. While free writing can be a meaningful starting point (Morning Pages, anyone?), journaling goes far beyond emptying your mind onto the page.

There is a rich body of techniques and decades of research in therapeutic and expressive writing that show how journal writing can support clarity, emotional processing, and self-understanding.

I believe that each journaling practice is as unique as the person holding the pen, and my approach reflects that. It evolves with you over time, shaping the person you’re becoming and radiating into every other area of your life.
