For centuries, people have gathered in shared spaces to pause, reflect, and make sense of their inner world.
These journaling sessions offer a modern way to return to that — creating a space where individuals can turn inward, while strengthening connection, perspective, and collective insight within the group.
In my journaling sessions, participants are introduced to the science behind journaling, understanding how writing supports mental clarity and emotional processing.
Through a series of thoughtfully designed exercises, I guide the group step by step, helping them move beyond surface-level reflection and into deeper insight.
Workshops are interactive by nature. Participants are invited (but never pressured!) to share their reflections and experience, creating a space for connection, perspective, and collective learning.
The result is a shift in how journaling is perceived — not just as a personal habit, but as a powerful tool for thinking, feeling, and relating more intentionally.

I’m a certified journaling facilitator. I support people in cultivating more calm and clarity through a journaling practice that feels approachable, meaningful, and sustainable.
My work is rooted in the belief (and research) that writing helps us understand ourselves more deeply. Through a blend of structure, reflection, and guided practices, I create spaces that support clarity, emotional processing, and self-connection.
While free writing can be a powerful starting point, journaling goes far beyond simply emptying your mind onto the page.

Ana Juma is the author of Back to Earth and the founder of Prophsee, an independent book publishing house that brings together a community of creative minds to express themselves through journaling experiences.
Keeping a diary from a tender age has encouraged Juma to explore writing as a vehicle of self-discovery, expression, and healing. What started as a tool to make sense of her own emotional whirlwinds has become her full-time mission – finding her unique answers on paper and inviting people to do the same.
